This round of financing is led by Feitu Venture Capital, followed by Yuandu Venture Capital. The financing funds will be mainly used for continuous R&D investment and expansion of production and market expansion.
Founded in 2021, Zhihui Robot is an innovative technology company that mainly develops, produces, and sells intelligent robots for the spraying field. Previously, Zhihui Robot had received investment from Yuandu Venture Capital in the angel round.

According to Liu Junhui, the founder and CEO of Zhihui Robot, there are more than 2 million painting workers in China, and the entire painting market exceeds 100 billion yuan. Among them, the painting robot market has exceeded 10 billion yuan, mainly in automobiles and their spare parts.
Since its establishment, Zhihui Robot has launched an innovative intelligent spraying robot with a large arm span in terms of hardware, with a maximum working arm span of up to 4000mm; in terms of software, it has independently developed a system that uses 3D vision technology to assist in identification and positioning and automatic planning of spraying paths. "Flexible spraying system" allows robots to better solve customers' spraying problems.
Major Business Segments
Zhihui Robot has formed three major business segments mainly including spraying robots, automated spraying solutions, and flexible shared spray booths, and can provide spraying robots, integrated spraying solutions, and spraying services. Liu Junhui introduced that in terms of structure, the end of the robot's wrist adopts the first BBR structure in China, and there is no singularity in the front spraying. At the same time, the lightweight and modular design effectively reduces the product cost. In terms of product layout, Zhihui Robot currently has three types of spraying robots that are directly mass-produced, which are divided according to the length of the arm and are suitable for different operation scenarios.
The 3D vision
The path planning of the flexible spraying system is equivalent to the brain of the robot, which can automatically plan the spraying path according to the needs. The 3D vision is the eyes of the robot, which can "see" the type and position of the workpiece, and adjust the spraying path in real-time.
At present, Zhihua Robot mainly focuses on the spraying of large workpieces, including containers, wind power equipment, and rail transit carriages.
